As a Calibration Specialist you will: Perform calibration of tools sent to Calibration Services under consideration of the capabilities to assure the required measurements according to the specified standards.

Your tasks

Calibrate assigned tools according to EN ISO/IEC 17025 and within the agreed turn-around time.

Communicate with customers about findings, required specifications and target dates.

Ensure availability and proper use of standards, tools and software, including on-site calibrations when needed.

Check data entries and calibration certificates to ensure completeness, accuracy and required quality.

Request publication and updating of relevant technical specifications.

Process and analyse measured values, making decisions based on legal requirements and standards.

Perform repairs and adjustments on electronic measuring tools and act as main contact person for the assigned range of tools.

Your Profile

Completed 4-year apprenticeship as an electronics technician, with solid knowledge of analogue systems.

Basic understanding of RF and related systems (beneficial).

Willingness to work 10–20% at test stands in a harsh production environment.

Experienced in reading and understanding technical manuals in both English and German.

Logical, analytical and well organised, able to keep an overview of complex areas.

Strong MS Office user with good communication skills to build relationships with customers and suppliers.

Language skills: German C1, English B2; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
