Your GRAND Duties:

You ensure professional care of our demanding and international guests at a 5* level
You coordinate the workflows in your area and always ensure perfect service with a smile
You are discreet, trustworthy, ambitious, and show a high degree of initiative
You assist our guests with culinary questions with advice and support

Qualifications

Your GRAND Skills:

Languages are important to you and you have good German, French & English skills
You look forward to challenges, are a team player, resilient, and flexible
You have solid knowledge of wine
You can flambé and carve at the guest's table
After completing your training, you have already gained a few years of experience in upscale gastronomy
