Build the digital future with us as a visionary executive. You will lead our software development and influence the technological direction of our company.
In doing so, you lead a motivated team of about twenty employees and also bring your operational, technical, and managerial expertise.
What you do
- You take full responsibility for software development – technically, qualitatively, securely, and in terms of personnel management.
- You lead and ensure the professional development of a team of about twenty software engineers.
- You make architectural decisions, define technology stacks, and ensure that development guidelines are clear and followed.
- You ensure the successful implementation of our projects in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Management, Systems Engineers, and Stakeholders.
- Quality, adherence to deadlines, and budgets are your responsibility.
- You encourage and promote an agile and innovative development culture in an atmosphere of momentum and renewal.
What characterizes you
- Degree in computer science or engineering (EPFL, HES, Uni)
- Several years of experience (5 to 8 years) in leading and managing software development teams, ideally in an agile environment.
- In-depth knowledge in developing solutions in Java, Oracle, and environments such as IntelliJ, Maven, Git, modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and DevOps.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and enthusiastic leadership
- Open to occasional travel to Zurich/Saint Gallen
- Very good command of French (C2) and German (C1), proficiency in English is an advantage.
