As an addition to our team, we are looking for a
Employee in the Garden 80 – 100% starting from September 1, 2025, or by agreement.
The Diaconis Garden is located on the sunny Aare slope and forms a quiet oasis in the middle of the city over six hectares. The large park area is maintained by its own gardening team. Sustainability and biodiversity are prioritized in garden management. Thanks to the nature-oriented care, the garden invites residents, patients, their relatives, and Diaconis employees to linger.
Your tasks with us
- Maintenance, care, and enhancement of the entire garden area of Diaconis and the hospitals Salem and Beau-Site of the Hirslanden Group
- Cleaning and maintenance of hard surfaces, paths, and squares
- Waste management of the properties on Schänzlistrasse
- Maintenance of gardening tools and care of the machinery fleet
- Winter on-call duty
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a gardener or solid experience in garden maintenance
- Professional experience in a comparable field of work
- Team spirit and pronounced service orientation
- Structured and reliable working method
- Driving license category B
