Your tasks
You handle general secretarial duties, operate our telephone and customer reception. Order processing from the offer to invoicing is also part of your responsibilities. You coordinate customer appointments for our sales team. You support employees from other departments in administrative matters and assist with project work.
Your profile
Your training as a qualified clerk or your professional experience in the administrative field is a prerequisite
for this position. A clean way of working is a matter of course for you. Your German is confident and you have good Office 365 skills. If you have Abacus skills, that is an advantage. You enjoy working in a small dynamic team
and like to actively contribute. With your friendliness, you are the best business card for Pronto - and warmly welcome!
