For an interesting and attractive production company in the Oberaargau region (Langenthal/Herzogenbuchsee), we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed specialist for conventional manufacturing, who additionally supports the production staff in the department.

Your tasks:

• Set up and operate conventional machines
• Manufacture and inspect workpieces according to drawings
• Ensure quality and timely processes
• Support and promote employees in production
• Maintain machines and workplace

Your profile:

• Completed basic mechanical training EFZ as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, or in a comparable profession
• Experience in conventional manufacturing
• Independent, careful and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of conventional work and collaboration with people
• Willingness to undertake further training is an advantage (work pedagogue, ...)
• Good knowledge of German
