Job description:

As part of the planning community consisting of BIG and IB, you are responsible for the planning and realization of the subproject of the passport control hall at Zurich Airport. You coordinate the team of architects, construction managers, and specialist planners and ensure compliance with the contractual conditions, quality, timeline, and budget.

As an experienced overall manager, you prepare performance descriptions, oversee the tendering and awarding process, and manage the execution of the project from the start of construction to commissioning.

What we expect from you:

• Completed studies in architecture or construction management
• Several years of experience in managing large construction projects and construction management
• Leadership skills and experience in team management
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and intercultural competence
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good IT knowledge of industry-standard tools
• Good German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage
