What to expect:
You are involved in the realization of architecturally demanding construction projects and contribute to the implementation of diverse uses with the following tasks:

• Creating tender and construction programs
• Preparing specifications for private and public buildings
• Conducting local site management
• Ensuring quality, billing, and cost control
• Leading the commissioning of objects
• Assisting with final accounting
• Coordinating warranty work

What we expect from you:

• Several years of solid experience in a comparable position and activities
• Enthusiasm for exciting projects and motivation for active participation
• Networked and structured thinking, appropriate expression, teamwork, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• User knowledge in modern ICT infrastructure
