WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Participation in market and usage analyses with direct customer responsibility
- Creation of property strategies as well as profitability analyses (Financial Advisory)
- Participation in in-house market reports
- Preparation and further processing of data bases and conducting data analyses
- Collaboration with and support of other departments regarding market analyses, company presentations, and request for proposals
- Collaboration with our marketing and communications department in the context of press and public relations work
WHAT YOU BRING
- Master's degree with a background in economics, real estate economics, geography / GIS, architecture, spatial planning or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, ideally in real estate research
- Interest in complex real estate economic issues and enthusiasm for new challenges
- High analytical skills, affinity for numbers, quick comprehension, and structured working style
- Confident writing and expression skills
- Committed and flexible personality, responsible, likeable appearance
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C2); French is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
