What you achieve
- You are responsible for smooth and efficient deployment planning of our employees and clients as well as the continuous adjustment of deployments considering customer needs and guidelines
- Taking over daily responsibility including coordination of daily business and ensuring smooth operations
- First point of contact for clients, relatives, and external partners as well as telephone, service-oriented advice
- Coordination of inquiries and new registrations of clients including ensuring efficient forwarding to the responsible departments
- Coordination of medication orders and prescription management
- Close cooperation with case management, doctors, pharmacies, and your nursing team
- Ensuring smooth communication flow between relatives, doctors, and nursing teams.
- As the heart of the nursing team, you work closely with your colleagues on tour and support during bottlenecks or actively on site as needed.
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Confident handling of digital tools and communication media
- Resilience, organizational talent, and personal responsibility
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Empathetic and professional communication
- Driver's license category B
