Iconic establishment located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, the Grand Hôtel Roi René MGallery **** combines elegance, friendliness, and Provençal art of living.
We are opening a new chapter!
Completely redesigned and soon repositioned in the Luxury segment, the establishment will offer a premium experience blending contemporary elegance, authenticity, and Provençal art of living.
We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie, capable of managing their station autonomously, ensuring the quality and consistency of preparations, and providing guests with a high-quality and friendly culinary experience. Position to be filled on a permanent contract starting April 2026.
- Gross monthly salary starting from 2251 euros per month depending on experience
- 13th month salary
- Food compensatory allowances (about 180 euros gross per month)

Your mission
You contribute to the smooth running of the service and the quality of production by managing your section (various stations: hot, cold, starters, desserts). You autonomously ensure the production of dishes according to technical sheets while minimizing waste.
- Particular attention paid to presentation, quality, and correct temperature of dishes
- Master all types of cooking for all foods
- Service setup and management of preparations
- Manage the contents of refrigerators as well as their cleanliness
- Follow the instructions for use and safety of the equipment provided
- Manage the commis and apprentices whom you train and are responsible for
- Involvement in achieving objectives
- Storage and verification of deliveries
- Compliance with HACCP standards and attention to food safety
- Cleaning and tidying in compliance with sanitary standards
- Know and apply hotel safety rules and conduct to follow in case of fire evacuation
