Your tasks:
- Support and assistance for our SME customers (email, phone, chat)
- Onboarding new customers and advising regular customers
- Responsibility for customer satisfaction and service quality
- Quality assurance of company profiles and new listings
- Administrative tasks & collaboration in the customer service team
What you bring
- Several years of experience in customer service / customer success
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- High customer orientation and clear communication
- Digital affinity (CRM, MS Office, etc.)
- Very good German, French is an advantage
