Spitex Region Frauenfeld is a future-oriented, continuously growing nonprofit organization with around 120 employees and a respectful DU culture. With a public service mandate, we provide outpatient care and support for people of all ages. You are passionate about nursing quality, think evidence-based, and really want to make a difference? Nursing Expert, 40 – 50%

Your field of activity
- You develop and implement measures to further develop nursing quality, nursing standards, and hygiene guidelines
- You support our nursing teams in clinical decisions and complex care situations
- You translate findings from nursing research into everyday nursing practice
- You promote a lively culture of change and learning towards evidence-based, person-centered care
- You implement evidence-based guidelines and accompany their implementation
- You plan and conduct further training, courses, and case discussions
- You actively participate in projects – from idea to implementation
What you bring with you
- Degree at master’s level in nursing or currently in corresponding training
- Interest in nursing development, quality, and evidence-based practice
- First experience as a nursing expert is a plus – but not a must
- Enjoy sharing knowledge, involving people, and shaping change
