About the job
- You accompany and monitor the patients during the night and take over the needs- and resource-oriented, individual treatment and counseling of our patients, e.g. regarding sleep-promoting measures.
- You successfully master complex situations in a two-person team and support the certified specialist during patient admissions at night.
- At night, you are responsible for the maintenance of the ward and correctly document relevant events and your services.
- If necessary, you take on shifts during the day.
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
- You have professional experience in psychiatry or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field.
- You enjoy working in a two-person team with a certified specialist at night and remain calm even in complex situations.
- You have social skills, are resilient, work independently and responsibly, and can collaborate well in interdisciplinary teams.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative tasks.
