The Swiss Air-Rescue Rega provides professional medical assistance from the air around the clock to patients in Switzerland and worldwide. It is a non-profit and private foundation supported by more than 3.6 million patrons.
We are looking for a highly team-oriented personality to support a unique event project from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement until the end of December 2027. - Administrative tasks related to event projects
- Prompt and professional handling of inquiries, registrations, and orders
- Coordination of trade fair registrations and trade fair appearances
- Maintaining event statistics
- Support in expense and personnel management
- Email correspondence in the area of tours
- Support in organizing and conducting events and trade fairs
- Collaboration on projects within the team
What sets you apart
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience in the event sector or enthusiasm for event organization is an advantage
- Confident German and French skills in spoken and written form, any other national language is an advantage
- Independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working
- High service and customer orientation
- Friendly and open demeanor as well as teamwork skills
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people and interest in the event industry
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
