With your expertise in electrical installations and your service orientation, you will ensure as part of a small team that customers looking for nationwide solutions are in the right place with us. You report directly to the head of the Central region and a member of the management team. The topic of nationwide services is managed centrally from Zurich.
- You independently handle nationwide inquiries and tenders and develop solutions
- You coordinate orders in our decentralized management structure and ensure their successful execution
- You develop this segment and make it a central pillar within ETAVIS
- You maintain an active exchange within ETAVIS (Regional Managers, Business Unit Managers, Heads of Support Functions, etc.) and externally (industry, new and existing customers, etc.)
- You support the marketing and communications department with information and at events
To ensure a successful start in this complex and independent role, you ideally have the following profile:
- You have several years of experience in a managerial position in the electrical industry – expertise is desirable
- You are exceptionally entrepreneurial and strategic in your thinking and strong in acquisition
- A leadership personality with a high solution orientation, strong service understanding, communicative strength, conceptual-analytical thinking, and pronounced social competence
- You enjoy bringing your affinity for IT tools like Microsoft 365 into your work
- Very good German and French language skills (English and Italian are an advantage), pragmatism, and a sense of humor complete your profile
