Your role:
- You support our corporate client advisors in managing their demanding customer portfolios in both administrative and organizational matters
- You take on preparation and follow-up tasks for consultation meetings
- You maintain telephone and written contact with our customers as well as internal or external parties
- You prepare loan applications for submission to the approval authority (including balance sheet analysis)
- You create offers and open banking relationships including all due diligence clarifications
- In addition to general assistance and administrative tasks, you also participate in organizing events
Your education and experience:
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a comparable education
- You have several years of experience in credit assistance or back office
- As a service-oriented, engaging personality, you are accustomed to dealing with demanding customers

- You are helpful, responsible, and think in a networked way
- Customers are at the center for you and you are committed to their concerns
- You work carefully and your reliability distinguishes you
