Our hospital with the most modern infrastructure ensures comprehensive outpatient and inpatient extended basic care for the canton of Uri with its extensive range of services. Our interdisciplinary acute ward cares for inpatient patients from all specialties.
On our interdisciplinary acute wards, which are organized according to Lean Management and comprise around 70 beds, our patients are treated competently, personally, and with heart. We live an active DU culture with flat hierarchies and promote an open, collegial working environment. You can expect an environment with diverse learning and development opportunities.
We are looking for an interested and committed Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH to start immediately or by arrangement.
YOUR TASKS
- Care of inpatient patients from all disciplines in an interdisciplinary acute ward
- Opportunity to consolidate and expand your expertise by working in a dynamic environment
- Continuous development and assurance of quality to ensure the best possible care for patients
- Partnership-based and interdisciplinary collaboration with various professional groups
- Support and guidance of health professional trainees as well as nursing students HF during their training.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF
- Initial professional experience in an acute hospital is an advantage
- Helpful, proactive, and communicative personality
- Willingness to help shape changes
