Your responsibilities
You record collective labor agreements (GAV) in our database and ensure that the data is reliably available in the interfaces. As a contact point for software suppliers and data users, you competently answer inquiries both in writing and by phone. Together with our team, you contribute your ideas and support the further development of the database so that customers and colleagues can benefit optimally.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education as well as several years of experience in an administrative area, ideally with databases.
- Flair for ICT, openness to new things, and interest in political topics.
- Motivation to familiarize yourself with collective labor law and collective labor agreements.
- Very good oral and written knowledge of two national languages (D/F or D/I); knowledge of the third language facilitates daily exchange with customers and colleagues.
- Independent, efficient, and precise working style combined with team spirit and eagerness to learn.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as the ability to communicate solutions clearly.
