Project Manager: Timber Construction 80-100%

Your area of responsibility

• Managing timber construction contracts from the work contract to project completion including building inspections
• Change order management and cost controlling of the contracts
• Responsibility for the timber construction execution regarding statics, building physics, and architecture, and collaboration with specialists in these areas
• Procurement of project-specific materials internally and externally
• Project completion with billing, final costing, and archiving
• Defect management including 2-year warranty acceptance

Your profile

• Basic training in the timber construction or carpentry sector
• Further education as a HF Technician in Timber Construction, Federal Diploma Foreman or Timber Construction Master, FH Engineer
• Bilingual DE/FR (spoken and written)
• Strategic thinking combined with empathy
• Open, engaging, and motivating personality
