We are looking for a Business Analyst 80–100% (m/f/d) for our dedicated team.
As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you take on a key role in an agile environment: You analyze business requirements, translate them into clear IT specifications, and ensure smooth collaboration between business units, development teams, and stakeholders. With your holistic view, you ensure that complex topics become understandable and sustainable solutions are created. You are an integral part of product management and actively shape the further development of our digital solutions.

What you will achieve
In this exciting role, you are responsible for analyzing requirements, developing concepts, and ensuring the optimal implementation of software projects within product management. Your main tasks are:
- Systematic management of customer needs, advising customers, identifying, documenting, and verifying new requirements
- Responsibility for adherence to project planning, budget, and quality
- Initiating automation and digitization enhancements to ensure the efficiency and quality of assigned insurance products remain consistently beneficial and innovative
- Testing new features to ensure quality requirements are met and meet stakeholder expectations
- Supporting 2nd level support for assigned insurance products
Why you will succeed
For this position, we are looking for personalities with the following desired profile:
- Completed university degree (Uni/FH), ideally in business informatics
- Experience in business analysis, conceptualizing digitization projects, or in an interface role between business and IT
- Experience in (partial) responsibility for software projects
- Interest in working in an agile SAFe® environment
- Familiarity with BPMN as a tool for process modeling and communication with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate them clearly
- Enjoy creating content effectively and targeted to the audience
- Native German speaker, any additional national language is desirable
