The Husky-Lodge mountain hotel, Muotathal includes 9 guest huts, 5 rooms with a total of 50 beds, 120 restaurant and 70 garden seats as well as an event barn with 80 seats.

Our goal is to present guests with a seasonal and predominantly regional product-based traditional cuisine. The Husky-Lodge mountain hotel, Erlebniswelt Muotathal GmbH offers guests unforgettable adventures and experiences in the Muotathal natural and cultural landscape.

Tasks

Preparation of dishes in both the cold and hot kitchen
Independent work in ordering and goods receipt control
Compliance with and implementation of safety, order, and HACCP guidelines

Requirements

Training as a cook EFZ/EBA or equivalent experience
Passion for cooking & willingness to take responsibility
Flexibility (including weekends) and enjoyment of teamwork
Hygiene and regulations are not foreign to you – you adhere to them without losing your sense of humor

Languages
