What you bring
- Training as a specialist in care EFZ with a course certificate as a trainer or interest in completing the course
- Interest in supporting young people and adults in training processes
- Ideally experience in accompanying and caring for people with severe disabilities
- Flexibility, resilience, patience, an independent and responsible way of working as well as good communication skills
- Good administrative knowledge and computer user skills
What to expect
- Support of several trainees
- Independent work planning
- Responsibility for planning and conducting learning discussions as well as joint care services with the trainees
- Responsibility for conveying practical learning content to the trainees
- Collaboration in the training team of 22 trainers and practical instructors
- Activity in the residential area with the trainees and responsibility for the people entrusted to you
- Work in an interdisciplinary team
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts

For over 50 years, the SSBL Foundation for self-determined and supported living has been accompanying and caring for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. We rely on 850 employees with commitment and the highest professional standards and train over 90 trainees in various professions. Our trainers and practical instructors are cross-departmentally integrated into a training team.
