Junior Property Manager 80-100%
You have already gained experience as a property manager, have managed properties yourself, or you have completed a business degree and want to develop in the real estate world. You possess high self-motivation, act proactively, and can recognize and align with the needs of customers. You feel comfortable in the hectic day-to-day management environment and thrive on daily challenges. Negotiations with tenants and other stakeholders or advising owners bring out your best, where you think in a goal- and solution-oriented manner, even considering creative solutions. The variety between administrative tasks, negotiations with various stakeholders, and teamwork makes the workday exciting and diverse.
