WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

• You are responsible for the auditing area in Aarau, actively shaping the further development of the branch and driving the strategic direction of the area with a clear view of the big picture
• You lead and develop our audit mandates, acquire new clients, and provide holistic, partnership-based, and solution-oriented advice to existing ones
• You take on a role model function and lead a motivated, reliable team of employees, for whose promotion and development you are concerned
• You and your team audit the annual and consolidated financial statements of listed and non-listed corporations as well as non-profit organizations according to the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER. Relevant experience in auditing IFRS financial statements is an advantage

• You have the qualification as an audit expert and several years of experience in the auditing field at national and international levels
• You are well-networked and enjoy acquisition. You passionately acquire new clients and maintain strong, long-term relationships
• You understand the market, recognize opportunities, and act purposefully
• You convince as a assertive, communicative leader with an open, team-oriented nature and high flexibility
• You are a committed and innovative personality with a high quality awareness
• You are fluent in German as your native language, have very good English skills, and ideally also knowledge of French
