Rental Specialist Real Estate (m/f/d)

What you will do:
- You are responsible for handling the digital re-rental process from receipt of termination to acceptance and handover of the properties by communicating directly with tenants and interested parties
- Creating high-quality and error-free online listings as well as commissioning further marketing measures such as photos and 360° tours are part of your tasks
- You carefully review applications and select suitable prospective tenants to then prepare rental contracts for residential and ancillary properties
- Conducting apartment viewings with prospective tenants as well as independent acceptance and handover also fall within your area of responsibility
- As the first point of contact in the office, you take on customer care on site and initiate measures to monitor and prioritize rentals and vacancies
This is why you succeed:
- You have completed vocational training (e.g., commercial, retail, business school or similar)
- You also have several years of professional experience in customer contact
- Initial real estate experience is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome
- You act solution- and customer-oriented and enjoy personal interaction with people
- An independent and reliable working style as well as good communication skills and negotiation skills characterize you
- Your willingness for flexible shifts in the evenings and on Saturdays completes your profile
- You communicate fluently in German orally and in writing, English is an advantage
