Job Description

• Provide all clientele (patients, visitors, doctors, and collaborators) with quality, courteous, and professional service
• Maintain a clean, pleasant, and comfortable environment
• Ensure liaison between different service points
• Manage a sales point from opening to closing according to established procedures
• Set up seminar rooms during events
• Prepare patient room service and serve food and drinks in rooms
• Guarantee high-end service

Qualifications

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or an equivalent recognized title
• You have experience in high-end hospitality
• You have an excellent appearance, as well as a sense of contact and teamwork
• Native French speaker with good command of English; Arabic or Russian would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of common computer tools, as well as hygiene rules
• Dynamic, versatile, and autonomous personality
• Sense of hospitality and customer service
• Interest in the medical field
