Your tasks
- Development of strategic direction, definition of framework requirements, and main responsibility for selection in the recruitment process of vocational trainers, nursing trainees, HF students, FH students, MPA as well as FaGe apprentices.
- Practical supervision in acute and long-term care departments
- You support, advise, promote, and challenge our trainees in the Department of Nursing and MTTD and ensure a professional, motivating, and good learning environment.
- You act as a trusted advisor and supporter for our vocational trainers
- Ensuring measures for quality assurance and further development in the field of vocational training, training controlling, as well as regular reporting to the department management
- As a loyal vocational training manager, you present our company, respectively our training offer, transparently and positively to the public.
Your profile
- Certified nursing professional HF/FH with recognized certificate as a trainer with a federal specialist certificate
- Experience as a vocational training manager or several years of experience as a vocational trainer in various areas and consulting and coaching skills
- Personality with contagious enthusiasm for nursing and its training combined with a natural authentic role model function and self-reflection
- Networked thinking and acting, pedagogical skills, empathy, and discretion
- Due to interprofessional collaboration, you bring the necessary willingness to cooperate as well as high communication skills for diverse target groups
