Pre-internship Socioculture (Youth Sector), 80%

Wädenswil is an attractive city on the left shore of Lake Zurich with just over 26,000 inhabitants. Around 380 employees work in the city administration, providing comprehensive services to the population daily.

The Socioculture office is part of the Society Department of the city of Wädenswil. Its goal is to ensure that residents participate in social processes and can lead an independent and responsible life. 

From August 17, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a person for a

(limited for one year or by agreement)

Your areas of responsibility include

• Co-responsibility for the operation of the contact point in the youth culture house SUST
• Coaching and support of youth groups
• Outreach social work in public spaces
• Insight into counseling for career choice and apprenticeship search
• Participation in youth work projects as well as within the Socioculture office
• Networking and public relations work
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with the rest of the Socioculture office team
