The ZAG Center for Training in Healthcare offers education and training at various educational levels (vocational basic education, higher vocational education, and career-oriented continuing education). With around 3,500 learners and students as well as 240 employees, it is one of the largest training centers in Switzerland for healthcare professions.
Due to retirements and increasing numbers of learners and students,
we are looking for qualified and motivated vocational school teachers for the part-time nursing program Higher Vocational School (BB Nursing HF) 60-80% (16 to 21/26 weekly lessons) starting September 1, 2026, or March 1, 2027.
Your tasks
- You teach at the Higher Vocational School level in the modules of the BB Nursing HF with a focus on long-term care/Spitex orientation
- Depending on the module, you also teach in the learning area Training and Transfer (LTT)
Your profile
- Professional/university degree in nursing, at least HF degree
- Very good professional and practical knowledge in nursing
- At least a qualification as a vocational trainer (SVEB 1, SVEB 2, FA or a comparable qualification)
- Teaching authorization (diploma as a vocational school teacher PHZH, EHB, and others) or willingness to train
- Interest in supporting and promoting adults on their individual educational paths
- Resilient, team-oriented, and open personality with joy in teaching
- Very good IT skills and familiarity with new media
