What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or comparable training
- Professional experience or customer service area is an advantage
- Very good German skills (Level C1) in spoken and written form, good English skills (Level B1), and additional language skills are an advantage
- Solid user knowledge in MS Office as well as SAP or comparable applications, such as TermDispo and/or ISMED
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Active participation in interdisciplinary collaboration of various professional groups.
