Your Tasks

• Independently setting up, running in, and optimising our CNC turning machines
Long turning: Star SA, SR and SV
Short turning: Index G200, Index ABC, C100 and C200

• Programming and setting up new parts on GNT and TopSolid

• Monitoring ongoing production and troubleshooting

• Ensuring our high quality standards

• Conducting quality checks • Optimising CNC programmes and manufacturing processes

• Maintenance and care of the machines

• Organisation and management of tools and operating resources

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable qualification

• Experience in setting up CNC turning machines (short or long turning)

• Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Siemens Sinumerik is an advantage

• Quality awareness and precise working method

• Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality

Important: For this position, we require practical experience in independently setting up CNC short or long turning machines. Unfortunately, applications from candidates without the corresponding experience cannot be considered for this role.
