What you will do with us:

• You lead and coordinate the maintenance team technically, disciplinarily, and organizationally
• You ensure that our production facilities are always ready for use and safe
• You plan and monitor maintenance, repair, and optimization work
• You contribute ideas to continuously improve our maintenance processes
• You actively participate in the selection, acquisition, and integration of new equipment into our machinery park
• You work closely with production, SCM, and external partners
• You ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• You document your work and create meaningful reports 

What you bring:

• A completed technical education (e.g., as a polymechanic, automation technician, or electrician)
• Several years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally with leadership experience
• Very good knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, control technology, and pneumatics
• Experience handling complex machines and production facilities
• You are an organizational talent, like to pitch in, and think solution-oriented
• You are proficient in IT applications  (e.g., MS Office, maintenance software)
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team
