What you can achieve
- You will drive the implementation of the nursing/MTT strategy at USB together with the Director of Nursing/MTT and the Deputy Director of Nursing/MTT and actively shape its strategic further development as well as the annual goals
- You effectively design nursing standards, ensure high treatment quality and patient satisfaction, and consistently bring operational as well as strategic initiatives to success
- You strengthen the future viability of the department through targeted personnel recruitment, development, and retention and systematically expand competencies in a dynamic environment
- You further develop interprofessional care models, promote strategic innovations, and take on the management of demanding, cross-departmental projects
- You sustainably improve processes in the nursing and interprofessional context and actively participate in strategically relevant committees
- You position USB through a strong regional, national, and international network and regularly represent your expertise as a speaker or participant at professional conferences
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in the nursing field (HF/FH) or in a medical-therapeutic profession (MTT)
- Master's degree in Management, Health Economics, or Health Sciences, completed or currently in the final phase
- Several years of functionally relevant professional experience (at least 5 years), of which at least 2 years in a comparable leadership position
- Completed further training in leadership as well as proven experience in leading teams, complex organizational units, and projects
- Willingness and ability to work closely within a shared leadership model with the Director of Nursing/MTT and the Deputy Director of Nursing/MTT (Head of Expertise and Research)
- Very good understanding of the structures, contexts, and dynamics of the Swiss healthcare system
