Junior Sous Chef - Breakfast Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Ensuring smooth breakfast service for hotel guests
- Independent production and preparation of dishes as well as egg dishes
- Development and implementation of new breakfast concepts and projects
- Preparation of the daily mise en place and execution of goods orders
- Cleaning and maintenance of the assigned kitchen station
- Support in food production in the main kitchens
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines as well as personal hygiene standards
