Tasks:
- manage the cantonal sociopsychiatric organization (OSC), ensuring the coordination of administrative management and human, financial, logistical, and technical resources
- ensure relations with other cantonal administration services, institutional and operational partners as well as with inter-cantonal and federal bodies
- support the Division and Department Management in current management, project development, and document preparation, including sociopsychiatric planning and responses to parliamentary acts
- represent the OSC to third parties and the media
Requirements:
- Bachelor + Master or degree preferably in economics, law, or social sciences, or experience that can attest to equivalence
- proven experience in a managerial position managing complex systems and a significant number of employees with diverse training and skills
- leadership and coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams
- skills in negotiation with institutional partners and stakeholders
- aptitude for managing complex, delicate, and urgent situations
- decision-making, analytical, and synthesis skills
- competencies in digital transformation
- communication, editorial, and relational skills with different hierarchical levels
- proficiency in Italian and good written and spoken knowledge of a second official language
- preferential qualifications include:
- experience gained in areas related to the OSC's activities and its institutional partners
- knowledge of the Cantonal Administration and decision-making and legislative processes

Employment conditions:
