To strengthen our team Civil Engineering Structures and Geotechnics we are looking for a Construction Manager for the branch in Baar immediately or by arrangement
Construction Manager* in the field of civil engineering structures and general civil engineering (80-100%)
In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.
YOUR TASKS:
- Taking over local construction management for exciting infrastructure projects in civil engineering and structural engineering
- Responsibility for supervision and coordination on site to ensure smooth and timely construction progress
- Preparation of tender documents and specifications as an important basis for the awarding processes
- Supporting project managers in project planning
- Active contribution to the success of the projects
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree as a certified technician or construction manager
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Team-oriented, proactive personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Preferably independent working style
- Ideally current work environment in the Central Switzerland area for easy collaboration
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills. French skills are an advantage
