Business Analyst for Digitalization in Public Administration 80–100 %

As a member of our team, you are significantly involved in understanding the goals of our customers from public administration and transforming them into secure, sustainable, and innovative solutions.
Your Role
- You analyze and design complex solutions at the business level
- In collaboration with our customers, you gather requirements, analyze them, and also consider security and compliance aspects
- You support the development and accompaniment of ISDS processes and make information security tangible and effective
- You will describe the requirements in the form of business use cases and user stories, explain them to your Scrum team, and support them during implementation
- You assist the team with effort estimations and prioritization of the backlog
- You document business requirements for our customers as well as for our colleagues
- To verify the successful implementation of features, you create test scenarios and test the implemented features
Your Profile
- Education in business analysis, requirements engineering, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, requirements engineer, or in a comparable role
- Independence, communicative personality, structured approach, and quality
- Communicative personality with joy in collaboration and consulting on equal footing
- No fear of dealing with compliance, governance, or documentation topics and ideally first experience with ISDS or similar frameworks
- Interest and knowledge of new technologies and methods
- Experience in agile approaches such as Scrum
- Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
