Test Manager (m/f/d)

Would you like to actively strengthen the software quality of FINMA by further developing professional test management and thus ensuring the reliable functionality of our central core applications?

• Establishment and continuous development of a structured, professional test management
• Definition and implementation of application-specific test strategies and concepts as well as development of training concepts for business users and test users
• Conducting reviews of existing test cases and support in their creation
• Planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of cross-departmental test activities in close cooperation with the involved teams
• Identification of optimization potentials and ensuring software quality through the development, maintenance, and expansion of automated tests
• Collection of relevant quality metrics, creation of meaningful reports, and derivation of appropriate measures for continuous improvement of software quality

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent education and training
• Several years of practical experience in test management and a solid qualification in the testing environment, ideally according to ISTQB
• In-depth knowledge of software development combined with extensive experience in business and requirements analysis
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Confident appearance and good communication skills towards stakeholders, suppliers, and end users
• Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2–C1), French skills are an advantage
