Your tasks

Independent implementation of renovation and new construction projects in all planning and execution phases while safeguarding the owner interests of AEW Energie AG
Responsibility for operationally relevant office and commercial buildings
Preparation, execution, and evaluation of tenders
Leadership and coordination of external partners (project management, architects, specialist planners, general planners, contractors)
Ensuring economic efficiency, schedule, and quality requirements
Responsibility for construction administration including contract management, cost and schedule overviews, invoice verification, and project documentation
Deputizing the team leader real estate in selected topics such as budgeting, reporting, conceptual project phases, or sustainability

Your profile

Completed advanced vocational training in construction, architecture, construction management, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in construction management, especially in tenders and quality assurance
Sound knowledge of relevant Swiss building standards and building acceptance processes
Knowledge of IVöB procurement processes is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and structured, independent working style
Assertive personality with high personal responsibility
Very good oral and written German skills
Interest in sustainability topics and energy-efficient construction projects
Confident handling of MS Office; experience with SAP or CAFM systems is an advantage
