Your tasks

• Active participation in tenders and individual customer projects
• Responsibility for creating offers as well as managing and controlling customer-specific special prices in the meat and fish sector
• Responsibility for assortment management of major customers for the product group meat and fish
• Creation of customer-specific evaluations and assortment analyses in Excel
• Participation in the continuous development of sales processes and procedures
• Coordination in cross-departmental communication and activities
• Support of the internal sales department with complex concerns of KAM customers in the meat/fish area
• Deputy within the team
• Support in active telephone sales of meat/fish with order processing throughout the entire German-speaking Switzerland
• Consulting our customers on assortment questions, customer activities, etc.
• Complaint management

Your profile

• Meat specialist or trained cook with corresponding professional experience
• Commercial training or further education
• Proven experience in a similar role in key account management or customer service, preferably in the meat industry
• Friendly, customer-oriented manner and a strong service mindset
• Resilient and able to set priorities correctly even in hectic times
• Team player with analytical skills
• Very good user of the MS Office suite, especially proficient in Excel
• Strong communication skills in German, French is an advantage
