Your Tasks:
- Together with our business analysts, you drive the further development and support of our systems and applications.
- You take responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and security of existing and future functions in the defined areas.
- You independently develop concepts according to predefined criteria and implement them professionally.
- Your focus is on optimizing processes and ensuring smooth operation between the B2B online shop, PIM, third-party platforms, CustomGPT, and the interfaces to S/4 Hana.
- You are the contact person for internal and external partners regarding functionality and operation questions.
- The setup and support of key users as well as their consulting and assistance are also part of your responsibilities.
