Your Tasks
- You care for our residents in a trustworthy, professional, and attentive manner in accordance with the house concept
- You are considerate and act confidently in dealing with the conditions of our residents and initiate appropriate measures to support independence in everyday life
- You maintain contact with a multiprofessional team from nursing, care, and therapy, with relatives and guardians of the resident, and other close persons
- You assist in the preparation and implementation of events for our residents
Your Profile
- Professional experience in a comparable position is desirable
- Trustworthiness, empathy, and a high service awareness are natural for you
- You have IT skills (MS Office)
- You are willing to work on weekends or public holidays
