- You are jointly responsible for ensuring the outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of patients with diseases from the entire diagnostic spectrum.
- You participate in the organizational design and assurance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the outpatient clinic.
- You also work partly in our day clinic and take on psychiatric specialist tasks there.
- You are directly responsible for the training of the assigned assistant psychologists and assistant doctors and supervise them.
- You are a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy or a specialist in general internal medicine. A subspecialty title is an advantage.
- You have a professional practice license from the canton of St. Gallen or meet the necessary requirements to obtain it before starting the position.
- You bring experience in treating psychiatric patients.
- You are committed, appreciate working with patients, and enjoy working in a multiprofessional team.
- You are a flexible, team-oriented, communicative, socially competent personality with motivation for further development.
- You like to work independently, take responsibility, and make confident decisions.
- You have very good German skills (at least C1).
