About the Mosaik Foundation
The Mosaik Foundation stands for commitment and competence. We offer professional advice, support, and education for people with disabilities. Our goal is to help each individual achieve as self-determined and responsible a life as possible. The Residential School Basel is an adult education institution for people with learning or cognitive disabilities. Its aim is to guide the residents towards as self-determined and responsible a life as possible through intensive learning, practice, and support.
Due to the retirement of the previous position holder, we are looking for:
Social Pedagogue 50% - 70%
Start date: September 1, 2026, or by arrangement

What we expect from you:
• Tertiary level education in social pedagogy, curative education, or social work
• Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in the educational field
• Professionally competent attitude in dialogue at various levels and in reflection
• High self- and social competence, teamwork skills, independent working style
