What you can achieve
- Planning and organizing outpatient consultations
- General secretarial and administrative tasks
- Telephone, written and personal contact with patients, doctors, referrers and other interfaces in German and French
- Electronic data management and maintenance
- Support of the medical team (including senior doctors) in all administrative and organizational matters
What you bring with you
- Completed training (commercial or nursing) with administrative experience in healthcare; further training as a medical secretary is an advantage
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as very good French skills (level B2) are required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Very good user skills in MS Office (SAP is an advantage)
- Flexible and communicative personality with a strong service orientation
