Tasks
- Zubereitung und Servieren von Getränken im Bereich G umfasst alle Aufgaben.
- Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs und Annahme von Reservierungen.
- Einhaltung von Reinigungs- und Ordnungspflichten an den Standorten.
Skills
- Du solltest Bachelor- oder Masterstudent an der Universität St. Gallen sein.
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind wichtig.
- Erfahrungen im Gastronomie-Bereich sind von Vorteil, Schulungen werden angeboten.

The G Area (G Area) is an initiative of the student body of HSG (SHSG) and is responsible for operating student bars around the campus of the university. The initiative includes the [ad]hoc, MeetingPoint, and the Square Bar. With these three diverse locations, the G Area is an integral part of the university campus culture.
Your Tasks
Are you well organized, stress-resistant, and eager to be part of an outstanding bar team? The tasks of a bartender in the G Area include in particular:
- Preparation and serving of drinks in the G Area
- Independent assurance of operational processes including the acceptance of short-term reservations and acceptance of drink deliveries
- Compliance with cleaning and order obligations at the G Area locations
- Participation in the monthly "All-hands" meetings
- Compliance with the gastronomic due diligence obligations of the G Area; (In case of irregularities, a report must be made directly to the site manager)
- Execution of qualified sales conversations
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's student at the University of St. Gallen
- Minimum duration of employment: 2nd semester
- Proactive, independent, and reliable working style in gastronomic activities
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Workload: min. 8 hours per week
Desired Criteria:
- Bartending (Training and internal courses are offered)
