The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 84 new senior apartments.

The dementia department currently accommodates 72 and will soon accommodate 160 residents. The care units are operated according to the 3-worlds model by Dr. Christoph Held.

Workload 80 – 100 %

• You ensure the care and support of our residents within the framework of primary nursing, which includes professional and evidence-based care
• You take on daily responsibility
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation

• You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognized qualification
• You bring experience in long-term care and in dealing with residents suffering from dementia
• You are familiar with RAI-NH
