The Wengistein Retirement Center in Solothurn is a comfortable place to live and reside for very elderly women and men who usually rely on care and support services.
Our offer is complemented by holiday stays and other outpatient services. We are currently in the planning phase for the construction of a day and holiday center. In total, we employ 160 staff members.
Within our care and support area, we intend to establish a staff pool. We are thinking of the following individuals who would like to offer their professional and social skills as members of a staff pool:
- Retired nursing professionals (HF)
- Retired health care specialists (FaGe)
- Retired SRK nursing assistants / nursing assistants
We guarantee you a careful introduction by qualified nursing staff.
Our model: You decide when and how much you want to work. You will be classified and paid according to your qualification in the salary system.
