As Deputy Operations Manager Summer Pop-Up, you will be deployed across locations for our Pier operations. You support the on-site operations managers and ensure a smooth process in the summer business with your flexibility and overview.
You can look forward to these tasks:
- Active participation in daily operations (guest service, service, and cash management)
- Ensuring smooth operation throughout the entire business
- Implementation and compliance with our quality, hygiene, and safety standards (occupational safety and health protection)
- Organization of the work area including provision of necessary utensils and informing the team
- Responsibility for ordering goods
- Creation of duty rosters and monitoring working hours
- Checking bookings, billing, and daily closings
- Taking on various administrative tasks
- Cross-location co-responsibility within the Pier operations
What you bring:
- Completed training in gastronomy, ideally supplemented by hotel management school
- Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility, team spirit, and initiative
- Very good German skills and strong communication abilities
- Sales and organizational talent as well as a service-oriented working style
